
As part of a four-person team in my Branding course, I served as Content Director for the creation of Out Of Office, a conceptual hot sauce brand designed for “Excel Experts by day, Adventure Seekers at heart.” The brand aimed to spice up the routines of corporate professionals by transforming ordinary desk lunches into bold culinary experiences. I built the brand’s social media presence from scratch, developing its voice, visual identity, and content strategy across platforms. Blending aesthetics with analytics, I crafted a bold, adventurous persona that resonated with our audience and brought the brand to life with confidence, humor, and just the right amount of heat.
I developed the Out Of Office Instagram from the ground up, crafting a bold, adventurous brand identity that blends corporate culture with cowboy flair. As Content Director, I created all visual content, wrote captions, and established the brand’s playful-yet-polished voice. From branded how-to highlights to cheeky campaign graphics and immersive product mockups, every post was designed to connect with our target audience of 9-to-5ers craving a little flavor and fun. The result is a cohesive, high-energy feed that brings the brand’s story—and spice—to life
As part of building a comprehensive brand identity for Out Of Office, I designed a mock YouTube channel that showcased how the brand would show up in long-form video content. The channel was crafted to reflect our bold, adventurous tone—complete with banner design, profile branding, and a hypothetical content lineup tailored to our audience. One standout concept featured a playful partnership with Matthew McConaughey, who we imagined as the perfect embodiment of the brand’s “corporate-meets-cowboy” lifestyle. Through this mockup, I explored how video could expand the brand narrative while maintaining visual and tonal consistency across platforms.

I wrote all copy to reflect our core identity: a hot sauce brand built for buttoned-up professionals with a taste for adventure. From teasing fictional collaborations to cheeky callouts and spicy one-liners, each tweet was crafted to sound like your most fun coworker who’s halfway to quitting for a cross-country road trip. This platform became a space to flex the brand’s personality and build community through voice-first content.
